General membership questions

How do I become a member?
If you’re aged between 5 and 15 years old you can apply now using our online form here or by visiting any Lincolnshire Co-op Food Store, for store locations click here.
How much does it cost to become a member?
It’s free to become a junior member, but we do sometimes charge a fee for certain events.
I’ve forgotten my password
You must tell us your membership number to reset your password.

To do this click here and enter your membership number, but instead of entering a password on the next step. Simply click on the Forgotten your password? link and an email will be sent to your email address. In that email you will have a link to a page where you can enter a new password this will need to be confirmed by your date of birth.
How long does it take for my membership pack to arrive?
You can access the junior portal as soon as you’ve signed up and received your confirmation email with your temporary login details. We’ll process your application and send out your welcome pack within two weeks.
How long will my membership last?
You’ll be a junior member until you reach 16, then you’ll automatically become an adult member. You can then attend and vote* at Annual Members’ Meetings and in the election for the Board of Directors. Once you reach 18 you can stand for election to the Board of Directors.
*Must have been a member for 6 months.
Where can I find my membership number?
Your six digit membership number was sent with your welcome pack. To find out your number again please ring Member Accounts on 01522 781 135 Mon – Fri between 8.30am – 5pm.
I’ve moved how can I update my address?
Please click on the dividend card on the home page to let us know of any changes or you can contact us by clicking here.
How are my email address / contact details used?
The information given will be held by Lincolnshire Co-operative Ltd and used for the purpose of marketing, administration and other related activities. The data given will not be sold on and will only be made available to subsidiaries of the Society, our service providers and agents who are carrying out administration and marketing on our behalf but no other third party.
